01 — Free · No obligation · ~45 minutes
Walkthrough.
We come to your property — usually within a week of you booking — and walk the space with you. We measure the area where the deck or patio or wall would go, photograph what's there now, and ask how you actually want to use the yard.
We're not selling at this visit. We're listening. If the project doesn't make sense for your space or your budget, we tell you that. If it does, we send you a written summary of options within two business days.
You get
- On-site measurement
- Layout sketch on paper
- Honest read on what fits the space and the budget

02 — Transparent costing · No hidden change-orders
Design + quote.
From the walkthrough we put together a real layout, material specification, and line-by-line budget. Not a one-number ballpark — every line itemized so you can see what you're paying for: footings, framing, decking, railings, finish, permit fees if needed.
We iterate. If you want to swap composite for cedar, change the layout, add a pergola, drop the lighting — we re-price and re-issue. No sign-off pressure until the number and the design match what you want.
You get
- Full layout drawing
- Material specifications
- Line-by-line quote
- Permit estimate if size/height requires
03 — Same crew · One project lead · WSIB insured
Build.
Once you sign off, we book the build window and the crew shows up. WSIB insured, $2M general liability, OBC-compliant work. One project lead is your single point of contact — the person who quoted the job is the person on site, not a different foreman who's seeing it fresh.
Most projects ship in 1–4 weeks of on-site work depending on size and weather. We tell you the realistic timeline at sign-off, not the optimistic one.
You get
- Clear schedule with daily check-ins if you want them
- One person to call with questions
- Clean site at end of every day
04 — Walk-through + warranty in writing
First barbecue.
Final clean, walk-through, written warranty handed over. You're using the space before the season ends — that's the only ship deadline that matters.
If something goes wrong six months later, you call us — same number, same crew. Warranty terms vary by material; we put them in writing so there's no ambiguity later.
You get
- Final clean site
- Written warranty (per material)
- Photo set of the build for your records
- Direct line to call if anything goes wrong
